Tulalip Tribes logo was so enchanting, I had to buy some acrylic paint and put it to canvas. Instead of the original fine, smooth finish I piled the acrylic on thick. Doesn’t come close to the original but I came to a more intimate appreciation of Indigenous Art and its stories told through graceful lines, color and semitry.
