Avocado Breakfast


This was my breakfast this morning and the other half just may be my lunch!

Make a few up and reheat for a quick Gluten Free, super food meal.

Large Avocado cut in half and hollowed out a bit to fit more stuff in!

add a little Baked Wild Salmon or lox

crack a farm fresh medium egg in and bake!

fresh basil, pink himilayan salt and fresh cracked pepper and some chili peppers if you like

perhaps some grilled peppersor fresh tomato if you have them!

Convection oven at 425 for 15 minutes

top with shredded Asiago or Parm and let rest for 5 minutes

Serve with a little Hellman’s mayo.
