Gluten free yogurt pancakes

 

Mix

1 cup gluten free flour

1tsp baking powder

whisk

1 tsp vanilla

4 organic free run eggs

l tbsp ground flax

1 cup non fat Greek yogurt

wild organic blueberry

method

Heat frypan Two medium low

Carefully mix wet with dry ingredients

drop 1/4 cup batter  into pan sprayed with olive oil,

drop wild blueberry on batter, then flip when browned on bottoms

serve with organic agave syrup
