Nice warm drink for these blustery Autumn mornings
Spiced Pumpkin Latte
2 cups organic Almond Milk
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
3 tablespoons organic pure pumpkin puree (I used Trader Joes)
1 teaspoon organic raw honey
Method:
Place the milk, pumpkin, maple syrup and spices in a small to medium pot. Set over medium heat, and whisk until foamy and steaming hot (don’t boil).
Optional
1/4 cup espresso
whip cream
maple syrup
