Chuck Currie Executive Chef of White Spot Restaurants and my dear friend, introduced me to a new restaurant.  He says its the best Chinese restaurant in Vancouver.

He ordered for me and after I finished this super yummy salad, he announced there is jelly fish in it!!  Poor Jelly fish….
