Marilyn Pearson, Executive Chef with Cuisine & Company, will be our host for our next interactive “Healthy Cooking” class – a Mediterranean/Italian menu using organic and gluten-free ingredients. This delicious and healthy menu features:
- Organic Spinach, Organic Fig & Grape Salad with Fig Balsamic Reduction.
- Wild Salmon marinated in Fresh Herbs baked on a bed of Mediterranean Vegetables.
- Gluten-free Waffle Cookie with colourful grilled Fruit Compote.
Tapas-sized portions will be served as your meal.
We regret that BC Liquor Laws prevent us from serving wine this evening.
